I love so many things about my corresponding teacher.  She is kind to the kids, she knows them so well, she has over the room so that she doesn't have to yell, she is willing to re-explain the lesson for the 14th time, and she never let's anything rattle her.  She just doesn't sweat the small stuff.  But my favorite thing about Ms. Baitzel is her patience.  I have never seen such patience in a human being before.  I thank God that I have been able to observe her teaching, even if it's just for a few weeks.
