Eastern Christian Elementary School Motto:

"Whatever you do, do it for God."

Colossians 3:17 (New International Version)

"And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."

So when I.....

- sharpen pencils

- copy worksheets

- clean up pieces of grilled cheese on the floor

- read the bible verse again. and again.  and again.     and again.

- supervise math centers

- grade spelling tests

- read "The Trumpet of the Swan" in different accents just to hear the giggles

- untie impossibly knotted shoelaces

.....I do it for God
